What a pathetic administration. We had to get rid of previous administration because they were corrupt to the hilt! That does not mean we have to cut your nose to spite your face. All this involves the tax payers money. The defense forces carried out the maintenance of these facilities. Some uneducated hoity toity idiots decided that this is too demeaning for the forces boys to carry out this work. You go to the west and you see a dustman (Garbage man for the uninitiated) and they do their job with pride. I don't see what is wrong with the defense boys doing this job personally. I call upon MS & RW to put their hands up and say sorry we got it wrong, but we will remedy it by either employing contractors or say we want a the cities to run wild therefore forget about your walking paths & city beautification's. The way things are going MR must be thanking high heaven for "Yahapalanaya"
