New President will address the nation tomorrow from Kandy

His Excellency the President Maithripala Sirisena will address the nation tomorrow in front of Kandy Dalada Maligawa. The plan is to go from Independence Square in Colombo by a Motorcade to Kandy & after religious observances to address the Nation in the late afternoon.
